Carl is the son of Orlando Cepeda. A results-oriented leader with extensive experience in the retail sector  with Fortune 500 companies such as FootLocker, Walmart, and TJMaxx delivering on business initiatives  focused on team development, customer experience, operational performance and financial responsibility.

Malcolm Cepeda

Co-Chair Board of Directors / President Baseball Programs

Malcolm is the son of Orlando Cepeda. Currently Malcolm owns and operates Orlando Cepeda School of  Baseball. Malcolm was drafted by the Kansas City Royals of the 1993 MLB June Amateur Draft, he went on  to play professionally for 11 years. After a tough injury Malcolm made the hard decision to hang up his  cleats but that didn’t stop him, he grabbed his coaching shoes instead. He loves teaching the game he grew  up loving and instilling the importance of hard work and dedication. Malcolm will lead the baseball  programming of the Orlando Cepeda Foundation.

Mario Silva-Rosa

Board of Directors

Mario is currently the Director of Undergraduate Enrollment Development at Bentley University and has  extensive experience managing and supervising staff and volunteers. Mario is highly knowledgeable in his  field including the areas of recruitment, retention, data analysis, institutional market positioning assessment  and predictive modeling at selective institutions.

Jeff Weisenberg

Board of Directors

Jeff is a long-time public-school educator and has been in the Baseball and Sportcard Industry for over 35  years. He currently teaches in the Worcester while running National Card Investors, through which he has  purchased and sold millions of dollars in memorabilia and cards. Jeff is a huge Orlando Cepeda fan and  curates and owns the Cepeda Collection, the largest memorabilia collection of its kind.

Elizabeth Cepeda

Vice-President – Operations

Elizabeth is a force at the Foundation, providing administrative support for Orlando Cepeda Foundation, leading volunteer teams and  providing event management leadership. She has been the Exec assistant at Orlando Cepeda  School of Baseball for over 18yrs.
